Theresa Meikle

Theresa, yet another Big Island prodigy, earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a focus on Accounting, from the University of Hawaii at Hilo in 1989. Beginning her career at Waikoloa Land Co. in 1990, she was promoted quickly through the ranks, and subsequently joined the Company in 2000.

Currently the Controller, Theresa continues to wear many hats within MCC and skillfully manages many of the Owner’s other endeavors. She has been largely responsible for management of the Company’s phenomenal growth through the years, our Employee Benefit and Retirement Plans, plays a major leadership role, and provides guidance & fiscal management to all aspects of our operations.
